A delightful central stay

The warm, welcoming staff made our stay memorable, and the location was perfect for exploring the lively streets of Bairro Alto. Delicious breakfast options fueled our adventures.

However, the shower lacked proper drainage, leading to a small annoyance. The room's decor didn't quite match the photos, which was mildly disappointing.

Had a decent stay! The location was perfect for exploring Lisbon, with tons of brunch spots nearby. The staff was helpful, even if our shower had a few quirks. A solid experience for the price!

The room on the ground floor suffered from poor ventilation due to only two small windows facing an inward space, which felt confining. Additionally, unpleasant bathroom odors lingered throughout the stay, detracting from the overall experience. The breakfast, priced at 12 €, seemed overpriced compared to local options, and the inconsistent towel replacements during the stay were quite frustrating. The automatic bathroom light would shut off unexpectedly while showering, and the heavy bathroom door made entry cumbersome.

The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to local attractions and entertainment, which made exploring Lisbon a breeze.

The noise from the breakfast area in the morning was quite disruptive, as I stayed in a room right next to it.

Great room features, like a comfy bed and clean amenities. Loved being close to the tram 28, making city exploration so easy!

Charming room, friendly staff, the double room with a private bathroom had a hot shower and a nice electric kettle. located just 300 meters from the Baixa/Chiado Metro Station, making city exploration super convenient.

I stayed in a Superior Double or Twin Room with Private Bathroom for 3 nights. The room was really cozy and comfortable, which made for a nice stay. Plus, it had a fridge and an electric heater, super handy! Location was also fantastic, just a short walk from the tram stop and lots of great eateries nearby. However, the bathroom needed better sound insulation. I could hear noises from other rooms quite clearly.

Didn't like anything, except location.

We stayed for 3 nights with our two kids and loved the central location. Our room was cozy and well-kept, and the breakfast spread was delightful with a great variety. We appreciated the friendly tips offered for exploring the area.

In my wife’s opinion, a small play area would be a great addition for families.

It was just a fine choice for a flash visit in Lisbon with best value. Enjoyed the breakfast options in the morning. Try to book a room away from the breakfast area for a quieter stay.

the breakfast had hot & cold options including a decent coffee maker. the street noise can be a bit anoying at night.
